Located at 15 Princeton Place, Mays Landing, New Jersey 08330, Devalor Care Services LLC is a state-approved provider under New Jersey's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
We serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities enrolled in the Community Care Program (CCP) and Supports Program (SP) Waivers — providing services that reflect the HCBS Final Settings Rule and the belief that every person deserves a full community life.
Our direct care services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday. Administrative and care management support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Oversees daily service delivery across Community Inclusion Services, Individual Supports, and Respite — ensuring every participant receives supports that are consistent with their ISP, their goals, and their rights.
Manages participant records, personnel compliance, scheduling, intake documentation, and billing support — keeping agency operations running smoothly and efficiently so our team can focus on the people we serve.

All staff complete required DDD background checks, pre-service training, and ongoing professional development per Appendix E of the CCP and SP Manuals before working independently with individuals served.

Ensuring individuals have full access to community living and receive services in the most integrated setting — with choice, dignity, and autonomy at the center of everything we do. All direct care and respite services are available Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day.

We arrange a meet and greet so the individual and their family or guardian can learn about Devalor Care Services, ask questions, and make an informed decision.
Once accepted, our team works with the Support Coordinator to finalize a service start date and put a personalized support plan in place — with direct care available 24/7, Monday through Sunday.

Administrative Hours
Referral inquiries are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Direct care services are available 24 hours a day, Monday through Sunday once a placement is established.
We keep the process simple, transparent, and timely — so your participant can begin receiving services as smoothly as possible.
We acknowledge receipt of your referral and begin the pre-admission screening review.
Our Program Director will contact you to discuss the participant's needs, tier level, requested services, and any documentation needed.
We collect the required referral packet, conduct a meet and greet with the participant and family, and make an informed admission decision.
We communicate the admission decision in writing to you, the participant, and the guardian, including the proposed service start date.
We coordinate with you on the service start date and ensure all ISP-required documentation is in place before direct care begins — with 24/7 availability once established.
